Delivery Information

Once your clock spring order is packed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can use the link provided in the email to track your package.
To prevent delivery delays, sending shipments to an address where someone will be present during business hours, such as home, work, or other addresses, is advisable.
Warranty
- Our clock springs and spiral cables have a one-year warranty for product defects. For more information, please see Returns & Warranty.
- The warranty excludes additional expenses such as fitting, labour, or related fees.
- Also, please note that the warranty for clock springs will not be valid if they are fitted incorrectly and damaged unless we complete the installation or one of our recommended workshops.
- Furthermore, to ensure the validity of the guarantee for the Steering Wheel Sensors supplied, we must install them correctly. We cannot bear responsibility for any returns that result in a damaged ESP Sensor. A misaligned clock spring has the potential to harm the newly installed sensor.
- We do not accept returns for parts supplied correctly.
- We only sell new clock spring replacements; equally important, we do not repair or recommend slip ring repair.
