Clock Spring Returns & Warranty

Terms: 

1. In the case of factory faults or defects, please return the order within 21 days (3 weeks) of receiving it to 12A Duminy Street, Parow East, Cape Town, 7530
2. Returns are for the buyer’s expense.
3. We will only issue refunds after we have received and inspected items.
4. Inspection and refund may take 3-5 days to reflect in your account. We will keep you updated via email.
5. No sale items may be returned.
6. We only guarantee Steering Wheel Sensors if we have done the fitment. We do not accept liability for returns if the clock spring is out of alignment, which may damage the new sensor.
7. We will not accept returns for correctly supplied parts.
   
   

Cancellations

       We do not accept order cancellations.

Clock Spring Warranty

1. All our clock springs have a one-year warranty against defects. 
2. The warranty does not cover additional expenses such as fitment, labour, or related fees.
3. Warranty will not apply to clock springs fitted incorrectly or damaged unless we or our recommended installation workshops have fitted them.
