     Very positive experience. ClockSprings SA supplied me with a refurbished rotary connector assembly for an '05 Renault Megane II, to replace the original one where the clockspring ribbon cable had broken internally.
Very helpful on WhatsApp with pictures and part numbers to make sure we had an exact match. They were very responsive after ordering (even over the festive season) and the part was quickly couriered to me.
The replacement unit fits and works perfectly and came in at less than 1/5th of the price of an OE unit from Renault. Great to finally be rid of that annoying 'SERVICE' warning light and to have peace of mind knowing that the airbag will work if it needs to. Overall, I'm delighted - thanks guys!
